Samios Foods Introduces Gogo’s Garlic Dip, Authentic Greek Skordalia

Skordalia is a traditional Greek dip that can be made with a base of bread, potatoes or nuts, and is traditionally paired with beets, fried zucchini and eggplant or fried fish. We call our skordalia “Gogo’s Garlic Dip” and it is unique in that is it made with a base of country-style bread that is whipped into a dip with extra virgin olive oil, fresh garlic and other ingredients. The result is creamy, tart and full of flavor. Available in four flavors:

  • Original
  • Dill
  • Olive & Rosemary
  • Roasted Red Pepper

New to the marketplace, Gogo’s Garlic Dip is great on its own for dipping, as a topping on roasted root vegetables, turned into a dressing for steamed broccoli, as a sauce for pasta, and in many other ways! It also makes an excellent side for eggs, and is great on a sandwich in place of mayonnaise.

Our product contains no preservatives and is completely free of animal products. All four flavors are available in 8 ounce packages.
